    The Committee on Health and Human Resources moved to amend the bill on page one, section one, line twenty four, after the word “authorized” by striking out the period and adding the following: with the amendment set forth below:

    On page twenty three, subdivision 7.10.1., by striking out the word “full” and inserting in lieu thereof the word “fill”.
